Bengalore : In a case which exposes the atrocities and fraud of real estate companies, the dwellers of East Parade Jain heights in Vijnana Nagar in Bengaluru has lodged a compliant against the staff of the company for abusing and theft.
The residents in a statement before the HAL Police have said that the staff of the Jain heights company Vineetha, Arjun, Gurunath, Abdul, Manjunath, Basavaraj and Subrath Mandal came to the house and demanded monthly maintenance fees, while the fact is according to the residents that they are yet to fulfil many of their promises made to the residents, when they booked their flats.
When the residents refused to pay the amount until they meet their demands, the accused abused the residents, disconnected the electric lines and cut the cables and decamped with the cable wires.
Though the Police has said that this being a serious offence, an investigation is on, the residents are not ready to accept this and have a common question, “ They why is that there is no action so far ?
Many of the residents are now tapping the media houses to help expose the realtors.
