On tip-off, CCB raids city flat, arrests 3
BENGALURU:
Continuing its drive against narcotics, the CCB police arrested 3 persons and seized 90 kg of marijuana worth Rs 50 lakh on Thursday.
The accused are Azam Pasha (25), resident of Belatur Colony near Junior College, Kadugodi, Muhammed Abbas (27), a resident of AR Extension, Hoskote, and Mastan Vaali (25), a resident of Ayyapa Temple Street, Belatur.
Apart from the marijuana, a car and a weighing machine were also seized by the cops. The accused are said to have brought the marijuana from Visakhapatnam.
On a tip-off, the CCB police raided the flat of Azam Pasha in Kadugodi. A case has been registered at the Kadugodi police station.
Joint Commissioner (Crime) Sandeep Patil tweeted, “Continuing the action against drugs. CCB Anti-Narcotics Wing arrest 3 drug peddlers and seize 90 kg of marijuana and other drugs worth 50 lakh.”
