IAS officer Sharat B is likely to be reinstated as the Depteary 28. Sharat had moved Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) challenging his transfer before tenure.CAT has directed the Advocate general to ask the govt to pass an order posting Sharat back to Mysuru as DC before December 22. Now Rohini Sindhuri has been posted as the DC of Mysuru.
