This is the first time the alleged victim has made her public appearance after complaint was registered by Ramesh Jarkiholi in the alleged sleaze CD case.

In the 34-second video from the unknown location, the alleged victim, has requested the Home Minister Basavaraj Bommai to protect her and her family.

I don't have protection. All that I ask you all is give me protection,"she appealed to Bommai.

She has claimed that the CD has damaged her reputation and as a result, both she and her family have attempted suicide.

My dignity is lost after the video became public. People are coming to our house enquiring about me.My parents tried to commit suicide twice and I too attempted suicide at least three to four times, she said in the video message which has gone viral on social media.

The woman has also stated that she does not know how the video of her and Ramesh Jarkiholi was captured.

The BJP leader said he had met Home Minister Bommai regarding the FIR,and that he did not know much about the woman’s video apart from what the media told him.

Let her complain if she wants.I will face it.The CD is fake.I have requested Home Minister Bommai to speed up the investigation,he said.

Responding to the woman’s claims,Bommai said he had not yet seen the video.I have seen news reports.I am told the victim’s family is facing death threats.I have direct.
